## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional creative needs through thoughtful design and asset creation.
- Maintain and evolve Hallow’s brand experience, balancing consistency with freshness.
- Push creative boundaries while preserving brand clarity and quality.
- Partner with marketing, content, sales, and product teams to bring launches to life.
- Translate company objectives into visual narratives across brand campaigns and platforms.

## Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience designing brand systems and campaign visuals across platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and animation skills.
- Strong collaboration, communication, feedback, strategic thinking, and adaptability.

## Nice-to-have
- Copywriting instincts and an interest in shaping narrative and tone through visuals.
