## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the full onboarding journey for court reporters from acceptance through first job completion
- Manage high-volume pipelines across credentialing, system setup, paperwork, platform orientation, and first-job readiness
- Proactively monitor pipelines, identify stall points, and re-engage reporters to prevent drop-off
- Surface patterns in reporter drop-off and bring improvement insights to the team
- Collaborate with recruiting for seamless handoffs and with Provider Operations team for successful reporter activation
- Work in Zendesk, Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or account management
- Track record of managing high-volume pipelines and keeping every person progressing
- Strong inbox management skills: prompt responses, proactive follow-ups, closing every loop
- Highly organized with warm communication style; able to tailor tone to keep people motivated
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (HubSpot or Zendesk preferred)
- Willing to travel occasionally or join virtual team events 1–2 times per year

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience as a court reporter or in the legal services industry
