## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Help prospects and customers advance AI adoption and data-driven culture by driving concrete business outcomes.
- Evangelize Bigeye’s value, ease of use, and speed in an emerging market.
- Guide prospects from demonstrations through proof-of-concepts (POCs) to production, supporting data and AI governance practices.
- Design and implement industry-specific demonstrations and POCs that create repeatable outcomes.
- Assess Bigeye’s economic benefits and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Attend relevant conferences, seminars, and industry events.
- Collect and share product feedback with Product and Engineering.
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Teach and showcase Bigeye for prospects, partners, and customers using success stories and other assets.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales engineering experience.
- Working knowledge of Python, including reading and debugging scripts and AI pipeline code.
- Ability to use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cortex Code, and Codex to accelerate one-off demos and solutions.
- Understanding of how enterprise AI agents are built and deployed, including connections to business data sources and frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Ability to discuss AI governance and data trust with technical practitioners and business stakeholders, including data lineage, classification, and observability.
- Desire to solve problems once and automate them.

## Preferred Experience
- Experience with cloud data warehouses or lakes, including Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Synapse, or Google BigQuery.
- Understanding of on-premises infrastructure and AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Familiarity with enterprise agentic AI tools such as Snowflake Intelligence, Databricks Genie, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, and Claude Code.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or regulations such as the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, or APRA CPS 230.
- Experience with data governance, data quality, or AI/ML platform deals in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or enterprise technology.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: **$175,000–$185,000**, plus incentive compensation and equity, depending on location.
