## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Create exceptional and captivating content across Consumer and Enterprise use cases, including:
  - Email copy
  - Social media posts
  - In-product copy
  - Support pages and FAQs
  - Video scripts
  - Case studies
  - White papers
  - Outbound emails
  - Onboarding guides
  - Blog posts
- Develop a unique voice and tone for written content that drives word-of-mouth growth and builds an engaged following.
- Identify content opportunities and novel ways to engage the user base by leveraging user-generated content and testimonials across social media.
- Synthesize complex AI-related topics and feature releases into understandable, digestible copy for non-technical audiences.
- Manage content calendars for external communications across email, newsletters, and social media.
- Track content performance using Google Analytics and internal data; analyze and optimize engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with Design and Brand teams to follow current guidelines.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of content writing and strategy experience, ideally at a consumer technology brand.
- World-class writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a unique voice and tone.
- Extreme attention to detail without sacrificing fast-paced execution.
- Experience developing B2B content marketing, newsletters, blogs, and company content from 0 to 1.
- Experience with international brands and multiple languages.
