> The Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as a maintenance-domain specialist supporting complex B2B SaaS sales through discovery, demos, trials, and proofs of concept. The role requires at least five years of solutions engineering or related experience plus deep expertise in maintenance operations and asset management.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to shape deal strategy, lead discovery, and deliver tailored demos for maintenance-focused evaluations.
- Connect maintenance workflows to measurable outcomes and advise technicians and executives on platform value.
- Lead proofs of concept and trials that translate complex maintenance challenges into outcome-driven solutions.
- Own the technical and domain narrative for the Maintenance Platform, including maintenance operations and the competitive landscape.
- Serve as the product authority, mastering current capabilities and shaping conversations around the roadmap.
- Translate customer pain points, product gaps, and emerging use cases into roadmap input for Product.
- Build go-to-market motions, including trial strategy, demo narratives, objection handling, and repeatable sales plays.
- Enable the broader field organization to position and sell the platform effectively.
- Help prioritize the product roadmap and establish go-to-market motions for new product lines.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, solution consulting, or customer-facing maintenance technology roles.
- Deep expertise in maintenance operations and asset management, including CMMS, EAM, preventive maintenance, work orders, inspections, uptime, and technician productivity.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder B2B SaaS sales cycles.
- Knowledge of value-based selling frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to influence technicians and executives.
- Hands-on experience designing trials, proofs of concept, and evaluation strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Willingness to travel for strategic opportunities and planning.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience at a maintenance, CMMS, EAM, or field service software company.
- Background in asset-intensive industries such as manufacturing, transportation, field services, energy, or construction.

## Compensation and Benefits
- On-target earnings of **$160,000–$220,000 USD**, including base pay and commissions.
- Compensation may reflect education, work experience, and certifications.
- Certain roles may include restricted stock units.
