## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including intake, document review, approvals, execution, and contractor onboarding.
- Prepare, review, execute, and manage approvals for contracts, renewals, terminations, and change orders.
- Partner with stakeholders on medium- to high-complexity sourcing projects, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Define deal objectives, identify sourcing solutions, and implement negotiation strategies.
- Lead commercial negotiations aligned with business objectives.
- Establish financial processes for supplier and contract payments, invoices, and work orders.
- Develop and maintain financial, operational, and service metrics for the Procurement Department.
- Manage and resolve contract disputes with legal and finance teams.
- Review vendor contracts for compliance with service-level objectives.
- Advise stakeholders on procurement, vendor management, contract management, and administration best practices.
- Liaise between vendors and stakeholders on sourcing activities.
- Establish supplier governance activities and maintain contractual artifacts.
- Facilitate supplier reviews and assess SLAs and other operational metrics.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; suitable combinations of education, training, and experience may be accepted.
- Five to seven years of experience in product and services procurement, sourcing, and contract administration.
- At least three years of experience negotiating medium- to large-sized IT product and services agreements, including cloud IaaS and SaaS agreements.
- Ability to benchmark vendor spend against industry data.
- Ability to analyze financial, business, or technical information and make sourcing recommendations.
- Ability to lead meetings and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of spend analysis techniques.
- Strong contract administration, governance, negotiation, interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills.

## Nice-to-Haves
- MBA or related advanced degree.
- Global procurement experience.
- Experience with customer relationship management.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $94,500–$148,500 USD.
- Additional compensation, including bonus, commission, equity, and benefits, may apply.
