## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for complex infrastructure programs spanning CPU planning, orchestration, networking, storage, and resource management.
- Build and operationalize systems to capture demand signals, model future capacity needs, and align infrastructure planning across teams and external partners.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Product, and Finance teams to forecast usage patterns and align infrastructure supply and demand.
- Lead cost attribution and quota enforcement programs to promote stability and equitable resource access.
- Simplify and standardize infrastructure tooling and processes across Applied and Infrastructure organizations.
- Lead cross-functional programs to evolve infrastructure for growth, scale, and new products.
- Work with external vendors and cloud providers on delivery schedules, capacity projections, and cost growth.
- Communicate risks, progress, and key decisions to technical and executive stakeholders.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading large-scale technical infrastructure programs, particularly in compute resource planning, system scalability, or platform engineering.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and foundational infrastructure components including compute, storage, and networking.
- Experience working with hyperscalers or cloud providers, such as Azure, to manage infrastructure delivery and planning cycles.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to clarify complex dependencies and ambiguous problems.
- Ability to build durable processes, drive cross-team alignment, and communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
- Ability to navigate complex problems at the intersection of infrastructure and business.

## Compensation
- Annual salary range: $257,000–$445,000.
