## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Stakeholder Immersion & Discovery
- Embed with stakeholder teams across multiple lines of business to understand processes, tools, pain points, and priorities.
- Identify opportunities for tooling improvements, automation, and best practices.
- Maintain visibility into stakeholder priorities and alignment with team capacity and roadmap.
- Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholder requests, gathering context and framing underlying needs.

### Scoping, Roadmapping & Prioritization
- Partner with engineering leads and architects to translate stakeholder needs into scoped, documented tasks with clear success criteria.
- Own and communicate the roadmap, explaining prioritization decisions to stakeholders.
- Balance urgent priorities with high-value quality-of-life improvements.
- Run intake, backlog grooming, and status communication processes.

### Vendor & Sales Technology Landscape
- Evaluate emerging sales technology tools and practices for fit with the existing stack.
- Support vendor assessments, procurement, and renewal processes in partnership with Finance, Legal, and Security.
- Help stakeholders evaluate build-versus-buy tradeoffs, including total cost, integration complexity, and maintenance burden.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, business systems analysis, or a similar role between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and the surrounding go-to-market systems ecosystem, including CPQ workflows, enrichment, engagement, and integration tooling.
- Experience with complex, multi-product go-to-market organizations where internal systems integrate CRM, adjacent sales technology, and the product being sold.
- Ability to turn ambiguous stakeholder requests into scoped, prioritized, and well-documented work.
- Ability to build trust with business stakeholders and engineers and communicate effectively with both.
- Strong prioritization, writing, documentation, and process-design skills.

## Nice to Have

- Experience supporting vendor evaluation, procurement, or renewal processes.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry.
- Familiarity with SQL or data-analysis tools.
- Exposure to marketing automation or martech platforms such as Braze or HubSpot.

## Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary: **$125,000–$145,000** for New York City; actual salary may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
- May be eligible for variable compensation through a company incentive bonus.
