## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build core primitives end to end for entity ownership, audit, authorization, and orchestration.
- Own the domain model, turning concepts of power, datacenters, and chips into composable entities.
- Define interactions with external vendor systems, ingesting formats such as KMZ, BIM, and Revit.
- Make AI agents first-class operators by providing tools, guardrails, and audit trails.

## Requirements
- Comfortable moving toward ambiguity, building maps, and explaining them.
- Rapid learner who reaches competence in unfamiliar domains quickly (e.g., workflow engines, authz models, geospatial formats).
- Strong taste in abstraction, identifying core primitives and knowing when not to over-abstract.
- Rigorous domain modeling experience, learned from past mistakes and pain points.
- Experience pulling structure from messy, unstructured data (from ML, data engineering, or research).
- Fluent with AI tooling including LLM APIs, MCP servers, agentic frameworks; daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Shipped production code that others depend on; comfortable in any language with AI coding assistance.

## Nice-to-Haves
- MLE work, especially extraction and synthesis from unstructured data.
- Experience with workflow and orchestration engines (Temporal, Cadence, Airflow).
- Geospatial (KMZ/GIS) or BIM (Revit, IFC) knowledge.
- Authorization and policy engines (OPA, Zanzibar-style, RBAC/ABAC).
- Audit or event-sourcing systems.
- Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, and Postgres.
