- Write clear product requirements for capabilities such as SSO improvements, bidirectional referral workflows, and data exchange APIs
- Drive execution across cross-functional partners, especially with Commercial and Growth Marketing
- Help establish a smoother onboarding experience for partners by reducing friction and accelerating time to market

**In your first year:**

- Deliver measurable improvements in enrolled members, outbound referrals, partner retention, and integration efficiency
- Become a trusted product partner to engineering, commercial/partner-facing teams, data science, and ecosystem partners themselves
- Demonstrate strong product judgment, execution discipline, and ownership in a domain that combines product, technical integration, and business complexity

- Understanding of web and app development concepts and integration processes, with the ability to work effectively with engineers
- Experience working in data-heavy B2B SaaS environments or on other B2B integration challenges
- Experience working on partner ecosystems, referral workflows, SSO, onboarding, activation, or other integration-driven user journeys
