## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and run end-to-end revenue operations across Sales and Customer Success for CPG and Retail.
- Standardize reporting and forecasting models for pipeline, renewals, and customer health.
- Build and drive adoption of dashboards tracking pipeline, renewal rate, expansion, and churn risk.
- Identify and resolve operational gaps tied to forecast accuracy, data integrity, and process efficiency.
- Build and ship AI tools, agents, and workflow automations to reduce manual reporting and data cleanup.
- Build trusted operational relationships across commercial and cross-functional teams.
- Create process documentation and standardized frameworks.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to deliver actionable insights.
- Present findings to leadership and align stakeholders toward shared goals.
- Identify challenges, prioritize solutions, and execute improvements independently.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar function within a SaaS company.
- Experience with CPG, Retail, or trade promotion/pricing analytics is highly preferred.
- Fluency with AI tools, agents, and workflow automations.
- Experience with SQL and Tableau.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment.

## Nice-to-haves
- MBA.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Planhat or a comparable customer-success platform.
- Understanding of CPG trade promotion, pricing, and revenue growth management.
- Understanding of the Retail Merchandising landscape.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive compensation and benefits.
- Base pay varies by permanent US work location:
  - CA, NY, CT, NJ: $170,000–$179,500 USD
  - WA: $163,000–$172,000 USD
  - OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, HI: $156,000–$164,500 USD
  - All other states: $142,000–$150,000 USD
- Eligible for a new-hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.
