## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and grow the Benelux territory.
- Run and close large, complex deals involving C-level and VP stakeholders at enterprise, financial services, and multinational companies.
- Become an expert on Censys’s security data and SaaS platform.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a qualified, accurately forecasted pipeline.
- Negotiate mutually valuable customer agreements.
- Help develop the sales playbook as the company scales.
- Travel to customer sites in the region as needed.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of software sales experience, including 5+ years in cybersecurity.
- Experience at early-stage or high-growth companies building sales motions.
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles using solution-selling methodology.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Ability to run fully virtual and remote sales processes, including executive-level presentations.
- Fluency in Salesforce.

## Nice-to-haves
- Fluency in Dutch, French, or German.
- Fluency in MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling frameworks.
- Existing relationships or credibility with Benelux enterprise, financial services, or cloud security buyers.

## Compensation
- Estimated salary range: €200,000–€240,000.
