> The Senior Accountant will coordinate paid revenue accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, controls, and process improvements across a global Order-to-Cash operation. The role requires at least four years of accounting experience, a bachelor's degree, ERP expertise, and strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Coordinate accounting for all components of the Paid Revenue segment, including Premium, Partner, and Other Paid Revenues.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with **International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)** and **Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)** control requirements.
- Execute and review month-end close procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses.
- Identify operational efficiency opportunities and collaborate with leadership on process improvements.
- Lead strategic efficiency initiatives end to end, including drafting proposals, coordinating with Engineering and business stakeholders, scoping, testing, and reviewing outputs.
- Support new business initiatives from a financial accounting perspective and scale operational process flows for changing business demands.
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore team members to achieve operational metrics.
- Support special projects, system implementations, enhancements, and ad hoc analyses.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in SaaS, digital commerce, payments, or digital media companies operating at scale.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- CPA or CA license preferred.
- Big Four and industry experience preferred.
- Advanced data and systems skills; AI and SQL proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and time zones.
