## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their hardest problems and rapidly build solutions.
- Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects within small teams.
- Whiteboard architecture, build data pipelines and operational workflows, deploy AI agents, advise executives, and drive strategy.

## Requirements
- Strong engineering background (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics).
- Strong coder proficient in **Python**, **Java**, **C++**, **TypeScript/JavaScript**, or similar.
- Experience with healthcare, logistics, aviation, or readiness analysis (plus).
- Familiarity with **AI agents**, data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate with technical/non-technical teams, learn continuously, work independently.
- Active U.S. **Top Secret** security clearance or willingness to obtain/upgrade.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
