## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and delivery timelines.
- Analyze product performance metrics and iterate based on data and feedback.
- Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with AI, search, or marketing technology products is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in agentic AI or marketing platforms.
- Background in financial services, healthcare, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

## Compensation
Annual Base Pay Range: $136,800—$263,000 USD
In addition to base salary, eligible for variable pay programs based on performance.
