## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Help solidify and evolve Novig’s brand identity as the company scales, and serve as its design steward.
- Own design concepts from art direction through execution across brand, campaign, and marketing work.
- Act as a strategic design lead and partner with product, marketing, and leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve the brand and independently develop solutions.
- Partner with product design on icons, illustrations, promotional assets, and branded in-app experiences.
- Direct contract designers on overflow work.

## Requirements
- 6–8 years of design experience at top brands, studios, agencies, startups, or in-house teams.
- World-class portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment and craft.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong range across print and digital design.
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends in connection with live sports.

## Nice-to-haves
- Motion design experience.
- Experience directing contract or freelance designers.
- Experience building or evolving a brand identity from the ground up.
- Interest or experience in sports, betting, prediction markets, or other regulated categories.

## Compensation & Benefits
- $160,000–$200,000 base salary.
