> The HR Business Partner will support a growing Engineering organization by shaping people strategy, advising leaders and managers, and leading performance, talent, organizational design, and employee experience initiatives. The role requires 5+ years of HRBP or adjacent experience, strong data-driven judgment, and comfort using AI tools.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering leaders to translate business priorities into actionable people plans.
- Lead performance management and talent review processes; coach managers on expectations, feedback, and performance accountability.
- Advise on organizational design, role clarity, decision rights, team health, headcount planning, and workforce needs.
- Develop managers through trusted relationships, direct feedback, and consistent coaching.
- Analyze attrition, engagement, performance, and other people data to identify trends and influence leadership decisions.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize feedback, and draft communications.
- Own People programs and projects from planning through execution and follow-through.
- Strengthen employee experience, engagement, inclusion, fairness, and cultural consistency.
- Partner with Total Rewards & Compensation, People Operations, Legal, and Talent Acquisition teams.

## Requirements
- 5–8 years of progressive HR Business Partner or adjacent HR/generalist experience, including experience supporting senior executives in high-growth or scaling environments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently partner with business leaders and exercise sound judgment about escalation and execution.
- Data-driven approach using qualitative and quantitative signals to support decisions.
- Strong relationship-building, candor, follow-through, and judgment.
- Solid knowledge of performance management, organizational design, and talent development.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong ownership, agility, and operational discipline.
- Comfort using AI tools and discussing AI transformation, talent, skill gaps, and team design with engineering leaders.
- Commitment to high performance, accountability, inclusion, and cultural integrity.
