## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide travel support via chat, calls, and email.
- Maintain current knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and systems.
- Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences.
- Handle hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings accurately.
- Guide customers through self-service options on the Navan platform and app.
- Respond promptly and meet service-level expectations.
- Follow company and customer policies and maintain global compliance.
- Provide stakeholders with feedback on goal progress and key processes.
- Participate in team meetings covering products, suppliers, and industry updates.
- Stay current on travel-industry best practices.
- Maintain attendance, complete assigned training, and meet performance metrics.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a travel consultant covering air, car, rail, and hotel bookings.
- 3+ years of experience with a GDS such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
- Fluency in English and French or German.
- Experience in contact-center or customer-facing roles.
- Comfortable using Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.
- Availability for rotating shifts Monday through Friday, between 7 AM and 11 PM.
- Ability to multitask, resolve urgent matters quickly, and troubleshoot independently.
- Empathetic, professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to relocate to Portugal.
