## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Prospect into existing customers to expand relationships and build a sales pipeline for an Enterprise Account Manager.
- Articulate the ZoomInfo value proposition by educating prospective leads on the full suite of solutions.
- Focus on organizational value rather than only technical functionality by understanding pain points among Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Recruiting teams.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify sales expansion opportunities.
- Build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.

## Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience prospecting into Enterprise-level accounts with 1,000+ employees.
- Ability to uncover opportunities and engage decision-makers.
- Strong professional communication and writing skills.
- Ability to assess prospects’ needs, personalize outreach, and uncover high-probability opportunities aligned with business challenges.
- Experience creating, executing, and maintaining a structured prospecting plan.
- Eagerness to understand market trends, customer pain points, and organizational changes.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and creativity in driving engagement and pipeline.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with go-to-market technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay of $31.25 per hour, plus variable compensation and benefits.
