## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel growth.
- Create and prioritize strategic target-account lists and account attack plans within an assigned territory.
- Research and develop new accounts through strategic calling, personalized email, and social media outreach.
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations and meetings with prospective accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and other go-to-market teams to advance new business.
- Achieve quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities created.

## Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in outbound SaaS prospecting roles with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Strong work ethic, energy, initiative, adaptability, and sense of urgency.
- Assertiveness, directness, and a company-first mentality.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

## Nice to Have
- Fintech or financial services experience.
- Knowledge of private banking and wealth-management prospecting.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Salesloft.
