## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the creative operating system for performance marketing, including intake, briefing, production, QA, launch, and post-mortems.
- Decide which creative concepts to test, why to test them, and how to interpret results.
- Build and automate workflows that generate, adapt, and localize creative assets at scale while preserving quality.
- Design agentic pipelines with quality evaluations before launch; diagnose and rebuild workflows when they fail.
- Analyze performance data, audience insights, product knowledge, hooks, formats, messaging, subjects, pacing, and offers to identify meaningful signals.
- Lead brainstorms and briefing sessions based on learnings, customer language, competitor activity, and product releases.
- Share paid creative learnings with website, lifecycle, App Store, and organic content teams.

## Requirements
- Experience running high-volume creative testing for performance marketing, with the ability to explain learnings and outcomes.
- Daily use of AI tools and experience building dependable AI-powered workflows, agents, internal tools, or tagging pipelines.
- Strong opinions about effective advertising and the ability to articulate them clearly.
- Strong ad writing skills, including briefs, hooks, and scripts.
- Comfort experimenting, learning from failed tests, and adapting quickly.
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining exceptional creative quality.
