## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Command Center, spanning usage and adoption analytics, administrative controls, and organizational governance.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive admin experiences for large enterprise customers.
- Engage with enterprise customers, customer success, and sales teams to understand administrator pain points, reporting and governance requirements, and integration needs, then translate insights into product investments.
- Establish and track metrics for platform adoption, admin efficiency, and governance coverage, using data to inform prioritization and measure success.
- Design dashboards, reporting, and controls that turn product usage data into actionable visibility for customer administrators and internal leadership.
- Drive stakeholder alignment on trade-offs, sequencing, and scope, communicating clearly at executive and working-team levels.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including significant experience building B2B SaaS products for large enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with enterprise administration, analytics, and governance, including usage reporting, identity management, SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, and access controls.
- Technical background or strong interest in understanding engineering designs and trade-offs.
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and work with security, compliance, and IT stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and articulate product vision to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Track record of shipping products end-to-end, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration, in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

## Compensation
- **$177,700–$266,500 USD**, depending on location.
