## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Own critical engineering searches from strategy through close.
- Partner with engineering leaders to identify, engage, and hire exceptional software engineers across senior, staff, and principal levels.
- Develop hiring strategies, advise on talent markets, calibrate interview quality, and serve as a trusted thought partner to hiring managers.
- Share best practices, mentor teammates, and strengthen hiring judgment across the recruiting team.
- Improve recruiting through data, AI, experimentation, and thoughtful process design.
- Contribute to interviewer enablement, recruiting operations, sourcing strategy, and scalable hiring systems.

## Requirements

- 4+ years of experience recruiting exceptional engineering talent.
- Experience standing up engineering recruiting functions and building foundational engineering teams in early-stage or high-growth environments.
- Strong hiring judgment and evidence-based decision-making.
- Technical fluency across modern engineering organizations.
- Ability to lead through influence and mentor teammates.
- Builder mindset with experience improving systems and processes.
- High ownership, urgency, and accountability for outcomes.
