## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and operate the GTM automation engine by scraping, integrating, and transforming data into real-time actions across email marketing, SDR outreach, and web engagement.
- Manage a technical GTM backlog and execute an OKR-driven roadmap supporting growth, marketing, and sales objectives.
- Build outbound and email marketing triggers using high-intent signals, automated campaigns, personalized sequences, and SDR outreach.
- Develop tools using OpenAI and third-party APIs to generate personalized outbound content and automate engagement at scale.
- Write queries and build dashboards to model GTM data, identify growth opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and measure results.
- Develop internal tools and scripts to accelerate workflows and support marketing and sales experiments.
- Maintain and extend integrations across Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Segment, and related GTM systems.

## Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in data engineering, growth engineering, applied data science, or a similar technical role.
- Fluency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with GTM and marketing systems such as Clay and Salesforce.
- Understanding of data enrichment, CRM systems, and automation workflows.
- Experience with email marketing and automated outreach.
- Familiarity with OpenAI's API and automation of content creation, personalization, or enrichment.
- Ability to prototype quickly, experiment with new technology, and own projects end-to-end.
- Understanding of go-to-market motions and pipeline generation.

## Nice-to-haves
- JavaScript experience.
- Experience working with APIs and scraping tools such as Puppeteer or Playwright.
- Experience with Apollo, Outreach, or Segment.

## Compensation
- $120,000–$180,000 per year base salary.
