## Job Description

## What You'll Do
- Work cross-functionally with celebrity estates and digital rights attorneys
- Define the legal ontology for on-chain rights compliance
- Encode enforceable IP agreements in **Solidity**
- Stay ahead of decentralized arbitration mechanisms

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tokenized licensing models
- Familiarity with decentralized arbitration platforms (e.g. **Kleros**)
- Strong background in **Solidity** and legal-tech intersections
