## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage a team of multiple Solution Engineers across multiple regions.
- Travel approximately 40% of the time.
- Provide coaching and development to support professional and career growth.
- Build relationships with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other functions.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations on skills gaps, workforce planning, and budget alignment.
- Partner with Recruitment to build hiring plans and go-to-market strategies; interview, assess, conduct case studies, and manage offers.
- Collaborate with manager peers on best practices, market trends, internal moves, and overall function strategy.
- Remain hands-on and support the team with technical questions.
- Represent the team with Product functions and communicate field feedback.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing high-performing pre-sales teams.
- Experience managing Middle East and/or African markets.
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with the MEDDICC sales qualification framework.
- Experience in a pre-sales, Solution Engineering, or Sales Engineering role combining technical detail and value selling.
- Experience building and presenting technical demonstrations for customers.
- Comfort leading technical discussions.

## Nice to Have
- Security or identity experience, including IAM, CIAM, VPN, MDM, Active Directory, or LDAP.
- Knowledge of the Okta platform and competing products.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual on-target earnings range for candidates in Ireland: €140,000–€190,000 EUR.
