## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives end-to-end, focusing on outcomes and real-world impact — not just outputs, timelines, or feature delivery
- Define and shape product vision and strategy by distilling user needs, workflow complexity, and business priorities into a clear, scalable roadmap
- Be the voice of the customer. Run discovery calls, mine support tickets, and translate what you hear into clear problem statements — not feature requests
- Build, launch, and iterate on new capabilities from 0→1 and from 1→scale, ensuring fast learning cycles and high-quality execution
- Create clarity and alignment across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Set a high bar for execution, usability, and coherence across the platform

## Qualifications
- **3-5 years** of experience as a product manager with a proven history of delivering complex technical products
- Demonstrated experience building or launching **AI-native or workflow automation products**; comfortable reasoning about model behavior, edge cases, and tradeoffs
- **Strong technical acumen**—you can go deep with engineers on tactical decisions and translate them into customer value
- Exceptional product sense and user empathy, especially when balancing cutting-edge **AI capabilities** with enterprise requirements
- High ownership mindset — you treat the product like it's yours, move fast when it matters, and don't wait to be told what to do
