> Own and engineer industrial paint line and surface treatment processes (pretreatment, coating, cure) for data center hardware at production scale. Ensure quality, adhesion, compliance, and root-cause problem solving for liquid/powder coatings.

## Job Description

## Role Scope
- Own the paint line and surface treatment: pretreatment, coating application, and cure at production rate.
- Engineer the process: chemistry, film builds, and transfer efficiency dialed against spec and cost.
- Commission the line and qualify coatings with suppliers to the performance standard the product needs.
- Hold quality and environmental compliance together: appearance, adhesion, salt spray, and permits.

## What We're Looking For
- You've engineered industrial paint or coating operations, liquid or powder, at scale.
- You've solved adhesion, contamination, or cure problems to root cause.
- You know pretreatment chemistry and manage it with your supplier, not by faith.
- You've run a line under air permit constraints and kept it compliant.
- You test to standards and act on the results.

**Bonus:** Powder coating at heavy scale. E-coat exposure. Paint robot programming. Steel substrate coatings.
