## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own educational content end to end, from ideation through scripting, recording, production, and publication.
- Master Creative Fabrica’s AI products and identify useful workflows, use cases, and creative possibilities.
- Translate features and technical capabilities into practical tutorials, walkthroughs, demonstrations, and use-case videos.
- Write engaging scripts with strong hooks, pacing, structures, and narratives.
- Create screen recordings, product demonstrations, and voiceovers; present on camera when appropriate.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on educational content for product and feature launches.
- Develop content concepts for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, email, landing pages, and other channels.
- Build repeatable formats and production workflows with video, motion, and graphic design partners.
- Use content analytics to test topics, hooks, formats, and lengths, then improve future content.
- Track generative AI developments, trends, workflows, and audience topics.

## Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in educational content, social content, product content, or a similar field.
- Strong scripting, storytelling, hook, pacing, and audience-retention skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to independently create screen recordings, product demonstrations, and voiceovers.
- Experience owning content from concept through production and publication.
- Ability to use content analytics to evaluate performance and improve content.
- Fast, experimental, feedback-oriented working style.
- Strong interest in AI products and ability to learn new technology quickly.

## Nice to Have
- Experience creating content about AI, SaaS, software, or creative technology.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools.
- Experience growing YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or another content channel.
- Basic video editing or motion-design skills.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Figma.
- Strong on-camera presence.
