## Job Description

## What You'll Do

- Own the full-cycle sales process for F2's AI platform with commercial and investment banking clients—from first meeting through signed contract and initial expansion.
- Prospect and engage Managing Directors, Group Heads, senior credit officers, and product leaders across corporate, commercial, and investment banking.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Product to design workflows and demos that showcase F2's differentiated value in credit underwriting, monitoring, and deal workflows.
- Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across front office, credit risk, operations, and technology.
- Navigate complex legal, risk, compliance, and procurement processes typical of regulated financial institutions.
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships within key banking accounts, becoming a trusted advisor and long-term partner.
- Capture customer feedback and market signals to inform F2's go-to-market strategy, pricing, and commercial banking product roadmap.
- Contribute to playbooks and repeatable sales motions for commercial and investment banking as a core vertical.

## You Might Be a Great Fit if You

- Bring a strong grasp of credit, underwriting, or capital markets workflows, or a clear aptitude to learn complex banking use cases quickly.

## Compensation & Benefits

**Base salary:** $130,000–$160,000
**Commission:** Uncapped
**On-Target Earnings (OTE):** $250k-$450k
