> Advises German-speaking enterprise customers on using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to identify process improvement opportunities, build value cases, and drive adoption and expansion. The role combines analytical, consulting, project management, and executive stakeholder skills with Manufacturing or Production expertise.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Identify & Frame Value
- Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
- Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices to win new customers.
- Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-level executives.

### Realize Value
- Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.

### Scale Value
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing.
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a business transformation platform and drive adoption and expansion.
- Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and applications based on new use cases.

## Requirements

- Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
- Experience in customer-facing Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT or Management Consulting, ideally with a business software, SaaS provider, or consultancy; alternatively, experience in an enterprise Center of Excellence for data mining, analytics, or intelligence.
- Knowledge of business software and SaaS applications, such as SAP.
- Experience implementing RPA or BI tools, or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
- Knowledge of Python or SQL and experience collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience identifying business process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users or process owners.
- Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
- Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders and management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Finance or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives, such as shared services or system transformation.
- Expertise in one or more industries, ideally Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals.
- Degree in Technology and Management, Industrial or Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Native-level or near-native German language skills, written and spoken, with the ability to lead customer workshops and present to German-speaking executives.
