## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and drive People functions for client groups, including manager enablement, workforce planning, change management, analytics, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and employee relations.
- Identify individual, team, and manager development needs through periodic evaluations and frequent touchpoints, then partner with managers on strategies to improve performance, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Provide guidance on total rewards, leveling, employee engagement, culture development, organizational design, change management, employee communications, and people development.
- Own the employee lifecycle for performance management, development, and advancement.
- Support additional People or general operations responsibilities as needed.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a progressive HR, People Operations, or Generalist role in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday, workflows, and data maintenance.
- Understanding of core HR procedures, documentation standards, and multi-country European HR practices.
- Experience with employee relations, manager coaching, or performance review cycles.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and process-building skills.
- Operational experience facilitating people programs and knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Native-level German and fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

## Nice to Have
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience scaling teams in a high-growth technology company through an IPO.
- Experience partnering with founders on people strategies.
- International company experience, particularly in Germany, the United Kingdom, or Sweden.
