## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by external users.
- Analyze processes and implement changes to scale operations and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve product offerings and messaging for new products and features.
- Develop insights into how businesses use and scale on Stripe.
- Partner with business process owners to run a critical workflow.

## Requirements
- User-first mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, organized, and process-oriented approach.
- Prior experience handling customer calls or providing services to internal or external users.
- Interest in learning technical products and processes.
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-team and external-partner collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work in an in-office environment and periodically work a weekend day in exchange for a weekday off.
- Ability to work scheduled 9-hour shifts between 12:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

## Nice-to-haves
- Prior user-support experience.
- Troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with projects or process-improvement initiatives.
