## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify and create new sales opportunities for Flexport Europe.
- Work with Account Executives across Europe to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.
- Demonstrate the value of Flexport’s offering through phone calls, email, and other social media.
- Shadow and support Account Executives in meetings and other activities to develop skills for a future sales role.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Some sales or commercial experience.
- Commercially minded, solution-oriented, and eager to learn and develop sales skills.
- Strong communication and empathy skills, with the ability to present solutions suited to customer needs.
- Comfortable working in a quickly adapting technology environment.
- Fluent spoken and written Flemish and English.
