## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage and activate relationships with existing and prospective investors, turning the network into a revenue-generating channel.
- Meet regularly with investors to understand their portfolios and networks and coordinate targeted introductions with Sales.
- Build net-new pipeline, accelerate live deals, and strengthen relationships with existing customers through investor introductions.
- Partner with Growth Strategy to connect investors with senior executives at current customers.
- Develop scalable systems, prioritization processes, tracking practices, and playbooks for investor-sourced introductions.
- Create and refine personalized outreach messages for executives and other contacts.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, VC platform, investor relations, or a similar role.
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills across investors, executives, and individual contributors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft sharp, personalized outreach.
- Process-oriented approach with experience building systems for tracking, reporting, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Deep familiarity with using AI to automate workflows and increase leverage.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

## Compensation
- Annual salary range: $160,000–$200,000.
