## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Explore user and customer problems through research, conversations, workshops, and discovery activities.
- Translate research and product insights into concepts, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.
- Use design tools to communicate ideas, explain design decisions, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teammates to understand constraints and shape practical product solutions.
- Participate in storyboarding, journey mapping, user interviews, and design critiques.
- Apply front-end skills to prototype, test, or communicate responsive and mobile experiences.
- Present work, explain design decisions, incorporate feedback, and collaborate across design, research, and engineering.

## Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating design work, prototypes, research, product thinking, or relevant projects.
- Strong ability in at least one of visual design, user research, or engineering/front-end development.
- Curiosity about users, products, and technology-driven problem solving.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to receive and apply feedback.

## Nice-to-haves
- Strength or experience spanning two or more of visual design, user research, and engineering/front-end development.
- Experience with AI-enabled design tools and workflows.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: $52,000-$62,400.
