## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles across EMEA, including sourcing, engaging, and closing top-performing candidates.
- Partner with Regional Managers and Regional Vice Presidents as a trusted hiring advisor and extension of the sales team.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
- Persuade and close high-performing candidates by effectively positioning company opportunities.
- Manage multiple searches while maintaining organization, attention to detail, and a strong candidate experience.
- Collaborate with interview teams to deliver a seamless, engaging, and selective interview process.
- Track recruiting metrics, learn quickly, and adapt strategies in a fast-changing environment.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting sales talent in a high-growth, fast-paced company.
- Proven ability to identify and attract elite sales professionals.
- Creative, resourceful, and persistent sourcing approach.
- Strong persuasion, influencing, and candidate-closing skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple searches.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence business leaders at all levels.
- Strong focus on stakeholder and candidate experience.
- Adaptability and a sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Native or professional fluency in German.
