## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram that entertains, educates, and engages.
- Translate brand energy into videos that drive excitement and conversion.
- Batch, schedule, and publish high-quality content at a consistent cadence.
- Perform on-camera or direct others.

## Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a creator or content producer for social media.
- Proven track record of building 20k+ engaged followers on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
- Strong video editing skills (**Adobe Premiere**, **CapCut**, or similar).
- Deep understanding of storytelling, visual pacing, narrative, and sound design for short-form video.
- Comfortable on camera and/or directing talent.
- Strong eye for quality in graphics, sound design, and editing.
- Knowledge of internet culture and trends.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience producing UGC or founder-led content.
- Content that drives conversion, not just likes.
- Experience with brands in startup, tech, or creator economy space.
