## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Own the provider CRM experience from the moment a prospect reaches a provider through to becoming an active patient in care.
- Partner with product management and engineering as the design anchor for the Provider Sourced Patients pod.
- Design the client list as a prospect pipeline, including stages, statuses, drop-off signals, and provider actions at each step.
- Define an AI front desk and scheduling assistant that handles inquiries, booking, and follow-up on a provider’s behalf.
- Establish interaction patterns, trust signals, and automation boundaries, including behavior when the system is uncertain or wrong.
- Design for practice starters and experienced providers, therapists and prescribers, solo practitioners and group practices.
- Use Claude.ai to clarify the problem space, understand data, and test assumptions.
- Prototype and iterate on flows and information architectures with Claude Code, Cursor, and MagicPatterns.
- Partner with product and engineering to determine when designs should move into production.
- Conduct research with providers to validate solutions and understand prospect sources, conversion barriers, and where automation helps or hinders.
- Contribute to the design system and design culture by sharing AI practices, prompts, and patterns.

## Requirements

- **8+ years** of product design experience, with significant experience in CRM, pipeline, operational, or marketplace products.
- Experience with genuine 0-to-1 product work and defining new product surfaces amid ambiguity.
- Ability to think in funnels, diagnose drop-off, and connect design changes to metrics.
- Systems-thinking ability across stateful, multi-actor experiences involving providers, prospects, patients, scheduling, and eligibility systems.
- Experience designing agentic or AI-powered workflows, including conversational flows and intelligent automation.
- Strong visual and interaction design craft, with the ability to produce polished work at speed.
- Comfort using AI prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and MagicPatterns as a core part of the design workflow.
- Interest in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives through improved access to mental healthcare.

## Compensation & Benefits

- Expected base pay: **$212,000–$265,000**.
