## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the paid social creative strategy and roadmap, determining testing priorities for patient growth.
- Maintain a weekly briefing cadence across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
- Maintain a backlog of concepts, assets, and creators so creative testing scales with media spend.
- Analyze hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, and downstream CAC to identify what is working and why, then develop testable hypotheses.
- Own UGC and creator creative, including sourcing, scripting, briefing, and testing creator content at scale.
- Manage asset libraries, creator and agency handoffs, and review workflows.
- Concept and present ideas across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other key channels, taking them from idea through brief to execution.
- Build and run the creative testing loop and convert winning approaches into repeatable messaging and format guidance.
- Coordinate cross-functional and external partnerships to improve creative effectiveness.
- Develop scaled programs and creative frameworks for the broader marketing organization.
- Partner with Growth Marketing to address mental healthcare marketing challenges, including stigma, trust, and health advertising restrictions.
- Evaluate emerging capabilities and tools, including ethical AI practices, to improve creative workflows and deployment speed.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of in-house B2C digital marketing and creative strategy experience, including direct-response creative for Meta and TikTok.
- Hands-on experience concepting creative ideas, writing creative briefs, and building persuasive presentations.
- Fluency in hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, and CAC.
- Experience owning creator pipelines, including sourcing, scripting, briefing, and testing creator content at scale.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to remove roadblocks.
- Proven ability to analyze creative performance data, formulate insights, inform strategy, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to engage senior-level audiences and inspire action through compelling storytelling.
- Entrepreneurial mindset combining high-level ideation with hands-on execution.

## Nice to Have
- Experience using AI tools, including generative AI, to enhance creative development.
- Experience in B2C health technology or subscription businesses.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $150,000–$185,000.
