## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data for organizational diagnostics covering culture, engagement, structure, and team performance.
- Support organizational design projects through research, documentation, toolkits, templates, and process guides.
- Research industry benchmarks and best practices in organizational development, design, leadership effectiveness, and diagnostic trends.
- Use AI tools to accelerate organizational effectiveness and enablement.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables and facilitate stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate, administer, and report on leadership assessments, personality profiling, and development tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support a positive, data-driven, and collaborative organizational culture.
- Create internal communication assets, including presentations, leadership reports, and workshop materials.
- Identify opportunities for internal process improvements.

## Requirements

- Recent graduate or final-year student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, assessments, team dynamics, and organizational design.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to create clear, structured content.
- Proactive and reliable, with the ability to take ownership independently.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude, with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
- Comfortable creating structured content, including slides, documents, and basic visual designs.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and comfort with data and basic analysis.
- Naturally curious and interested in understanding how systems work and what data means.

## Compensation and Programme Details

- **Work type:** Apprenticeship

- **Monthly stipend:** INR 45,000
