## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design custom architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept for security, networking, and developer platforms.
- Oversee technical onboarding and implementation, serving as the primary customer contact.
- Monitor health scores and telemetry to accelerate time-to-value and resolve adoption bottlenecks.
- Carry a variable quota tied to new business and account growth.
- Lead technical quarterly business reviews that demonstrate return on investment to executive stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders through onboarding, maturity, renewal, and expansion.
- Use AI agents to automate routine work, including RFP responses, sandbox provisioning, and basic telemetry monitoring.

## Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering or sales engineering.
- Expertise in web security, networking, including DNS, routing, and DDoS mitigation, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
- Track record in a quota-carrying or revenue role, with knowledge of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to connect technical details with C-suite business strategy.

## Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience with Cloudflare’s developer platform and AI tools, including Workers AI, AI Gateway, and Vectorize.
- Experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or retrieval-augmented generation architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for integration scripts and API connectors.
