## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across GTM and Operations, from sourcing through offer close.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and maintain a high hiring bar.
- Build and manage sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, events, and creative outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience with a respectful, clear, and timely process.
- Maintain and improve the ATS, keeping pipelines clean and data accurate.
- Develop and iterate on structured, fair, and predictive interview processes.
- Contribute to employer brand efforts to attract candidates excited about the company’s mission.
- Track recruiting metrics and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success hiring across GTM and/or Operations roles.
- Strong sourcing skills, including identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with an ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: **$90,000–$150,000** plus equity.
