> The Commercial Growth Account Executive will acquire early-stage startup customers in Israel by prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, and engaging technical decision-makers. The role requires 2–3 years of quota-carrying SaaS or technology sales experience and a strong record of opening new accounts.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Cultivate sales through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification across early-stage startups in Israel.
- Prospect strategically into CTOs, VPs of R&D, engineering leaders, and technical end users.
- Meet customers in the field and manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
- Partner with Solution Architects, Account Development, and Marketing to execute account strategies and accelerate deal cycles.
- Build strong relationships with technical decision-makers and connect technology to business drivers.

## Requirements
- 2–3 years of full sales-cycle experience in a quota-carrying SaaS or technology sales role.
- Experience selling to technical decision-makers, including CTOs, VPs of R&D, DevOps, or engineering leaders.
- Track record of opening new accounts and building pipeline through proactive prospecting.
- Consistent history of achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Consultative mindset and ability to articulate the business value of a technical product.
