## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the CEO’s trusted communications advisor, shaping company-wide strategy and channel decisions.
- Own media presence end to end, converting press, podcast, and broadcast interest into coverage.
- Develop campaigns for thought leadership, corporate milestones, and product launches.
- Build and manage the CEO’s public platform across LinkedIn, the company blog, and third-party bylines.
- Ghostwrite talking points, bylines, keynote content, and media and speaking preparation.
- Set the CEO’s speaking strategy and secure high-value speaking opportunities.
- Manage the PR agency and hold it accountable to measurable outcomes.
- Coach executives for media interviews, external events, and employee-facing meetings.

## Requirements
- 12+ years of communications experience spanning public relations, media relations, and executive communications.
- In-house experience at a high-growth technology or B2B company.
- Track record of securing earned media and building executive platforms for senior leaders.
- Executive ghostwriting experience with strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts.
- Experience developing narratives and campaigns that reach target audiences.
- Experience managing PR agency partners against measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work independently across parallel workstreams.

## Nice to Have
- B2B communications experience with exposure to CIO and CTO audiences.
- Familiarity with developer technologies.

## Compensation
- Base salary varies by geographic location:
  - GeoLo 2: $108,000–$126,000 USD
  - GeoLo 3: $96,000–$112,000 USD
  - GeoLo 4: $84,000–$98,000 USD
