## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Represent HighLevel at marketing conferences, trade shows, summits, partner activations, and networking events worldwide.
- Lead onsite event execution, including booth setup and breakdown, signage, swag, demos, stage activations, and attendee experience.
- Educate attendees on HighLevel’s platform, qualify leads, answer product questions, and create customer interactions.
- Deliver 30–45 minute presentations, workshops, and live demos for audiences of 50–300 people.
- Track lead quality, attendee engagement, pipeline influence, and event effectiveness; recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Events teams on goals, messaging, and follow-up.
- Support event planning, audience targeting, booth improvements, presentation topics, and activation strategies.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of HighLevel’s platform and ecosystem.
- Mentor newer team members during event preparation and onsite activations.
- Travel frequently, averaging 3–4 weeks per month, including occasional evenings and weekends.

## Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, brand activation, experiential marketing, or related customer-facing roles.
- Experience independently executing trade shows, conferences, or large-scale events.
- Presentation and public speaking skills for small and large audiences.
- Ability to communicate product value and qualify prospective customers at events.
- Strong organization, adaptability, problem-solving, and judgment in fast-paced environments.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with product, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and lead capture or event technology tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including internationally.
- Ability to lift and set up event materials weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Availability for meetings during U.S. hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, marketing technology, or high-growth startup environments.
