## Job Description

## Lead Organizational Design for an AI-Enabled Workforce
- Design future-state organizations integrating AI-enabled workflows, automation, and human-AI collaboration.
- Lead organizational design initiatives aligning business strategy, operating models, talent, and workforce capabilities.
- Shape work flows including operating models, workflow design, decision-rights architecture, team interfaces, operating rhythms, human/AI role orchestration, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support strategic workforce planning by translating business strategy into future workforce capability, organizational design, and talent requirements.

## Own Organizational & Talent Review Processes
- Lead enterprise Organizational & Talent Reviews (OTRs) aligning business strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent decisions.
- Drive talent segmentation, critical role identification, and succession planning.
- Partner to assess organizational health, talent risks, and future capability needs.
- Build actionable development and succession plans; strengthen leadership accountability for talent development.

## Evolve Career Growth Through Skills-Based Talent Architecture
- Lead evolution of Justworks Career Journey (JCJ) from role-based to skills- and capability-based architecture.
- Align JCJ framework with job architecture in partnership with Total Rewards.
- Identify critical future skills for AI-enabled workplace.
- Design frameworks for career growth transparency and internal mobility.

## Own Performance Management Strategy & Execution
- Evolve performance management for AI-enabled work, continuous growth, accountability, and high performance.
- Lead goal-setting, performance reviews, calibration, and talent assessments.
- Explore AI to improve performance conversations while centering human judgment.
- Build manager capability in feedback, coaching, and evaluation.
- Reinforce culture of accountability and continuous feedback.

## Drive Data-Informed Talent Decisions
- Leverage talent analytics and workforce insights for organizational and talent decisions.
- Monitor metrics including succession readiness, internal mobility, performance distribution, promotion effectiveness, and retention.
- Partner with People Analytics on trends and recommendations.
- Measure impact of talent and performance systems; drive continuous improvement.

## Serve as a Strategic Organizational Effectiveness Consultant
- Act as trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, workforce design, talent strategy, and performance.
- Diagnose challenges and recommend scalable solutions balancing business outcomes and employee experience.
- Lead change management for new structures, practices, and systems.
- Influence stakeholders to drive adoption and behavior change.
- Support TOD portfolio in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, and Engagement as needed.

## Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in organizational development, organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, or related disciplines.
- Experience in high-growth, technology, or rapidly evolving business environments.
- Expertise leading talent reviews, succession planning, talent segmentation, and performance management.
- Experience designing organizational structures, operating models, or workforce planning solutions.
- Strong understanding of how AI, automation, and emerging technologies reshape workforce design and talent practices.
- Experience building and implementing scalable talent and performance management systems.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
- Strong analytical skills with workforce and talent data experience.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, growth mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Commitment to inclusive talent systems and integrating DEIB principles.
