## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead the sales process from lead generation through deal closure, focusing on complex deals.
- Manage full sales cycles with upper mid-market and enterprise brands.
- Drive revenue through client engagement, communicate product and service value, and manage client relationships to support growth.
- Manage ambitious quotas, exceed sales targets, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Spend time with clients and prospects to build strong customer relationships.
- Drive complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and legal, security, or procurement reviews.
- Mentor junior professionals through guidance, support, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to execute client initiatives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to anticipate client needs.
- Use AI tools for named-account prioritization, retail-specific sales messaging, and preparation for multi-stakeholder meetings.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
- Experience selling to enterprise consumer app brands.
- Deep understanding of digital media and advertising, including connected TV (CTV) advertising.
- Experience with digital media platforms, mobile measurement partners (MMPs), or supporting tools, including work with major agencies.
- Experience managing complex deal cycles involving legal, security, procurement, and other stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and developing junior professionals.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Comfortable discussing digital media with customers and agencies.
- Ability to use AI for account research, pipeline strategy, and executive-ready narratives while validating outputs against internal and partner data.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Fintech, Lifestyle, Retail, Health & Wellness, or Home clients.
- MBA or advanced degree in business or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise clients or agencies, complex accounts, and large budgets.
- Certifications or training in digital advertising platforms, performance marketing, or related disciplines.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $101,565–$209,106 USD.
- Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
- Benefits information is available through Pinterest.
- Requires in-office collaboration 1–2 times per week and residence within commuting distance of the New York or San Francisco office.
- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
