## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement playbooks and systems to support a high-growth team.
- Test and refine growth and acquisition strategies using data, segment-specific value drivers, and compelling stories.
- Develop strong internal partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to increase revenue opportunities and improve deal progression.
- Build, develop, and inspire a team of high-performing Account Executives and leaders through scalable, data-driven processes.
- Lead sales to existing customers and net-new customers.
- Interview, hire, and train new team members as the business scales.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing teams.
- Experience leading both managers and Enterprise Account Executives.
- Proven experience leading and building successful, collaborative sales teams.
- Track record of leading sales teams to consistently meet and exceed goals.
- Understanding of the technical and competitive landscape.

## Nice-to-haves
- 1+ years of second-line leadership experience within a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience using or working with Figma or other UX/UI products.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment.
- Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time role based at the London hub.
- In-person onboarding is required.
