## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to use data to identify funnel gaps, uncover strategic opportunities, and improve sales processes.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Account Executive team against ambitious supply and sales goals.
- Help recruit, onboard, and ramp new hires.
- Build and improve sales processes, pipeline discipline, and operating rhythms.
- Expand the seller base on the marketplace.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing salespeople.
- Strong pipeline management and sales fundamentals.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
